Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Highervisibility Solution LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”).

By purchasing or using our services through hvsol.online, invoice, payment link, online checkout, or terminal transaction, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide professional Online courses services including:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Web Design & Development
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Graphic Designing
  • Social Media Marketing

Scope of work will be defined in a proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

2. Payments & Billing

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • ACH Bank Transfers
  • Online Payment Links
  • Invoices
  • Virtual or Physical Terminal Payments

2.2 Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize us and our third-party merchant processor to charge your selected payment method for agreed services.

2.3 Pricing

All pricing is outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payments must be made according to agreed billing schedules.

2.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension. Continued non-payment may lead to termination.

3. Merchant Account & PCI Compliance

We operate under U.S. merchant account regulations and comply with card brand requirements (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

3.1 PCI DSS Compliance

All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

We:

  • Do not store full card numbers
  • Do not store CVV/CVC codes
  • Use SSL encryption for payment processing

Clients agree not to send card details via email or unsecured channels.

3.2 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Request identity verification
  • Decline suspicious transactions
  • Refund high-risk payments

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Completed work is non-refundable.
  • Monthly retainers may be refundable only if cancellation is requested before work begins for the billing cycle.

4.2 Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment.

Approved refunds:

  • Will be returned to the original payment method.
  • May take 7–15 business days depending on the bank.

4.3 Non-Refundable Fees

Merchant processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We reserve the right to suspend services immediately.
  • Clients must contact us before initiating disputes.
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in collection action and recovery of fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Comply with U.S. advertising and marketing laws
  • Not request illegal, deceptive, or prohibited content

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Final deliverables become the Client’s property.
  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Third-party platform policy changes
  • Lost profits or indirect damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state regulations.

Payment Security

All payments are processed via secure PCI-compliant processors. We do not store full payment details.

Data Protection

We do not sell or rent client information. Data is used solely to provide contracted services.

Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use our services to promote:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent schemes
  • Adult or prohibited content
  • Hate speech or unlawful products

Violation may result in immediate termination.
